いろいろな言い方がありますが、軸は公用語つまりオフィシャルランゲージを英語にする、という内容が伝わればいいのかなあと思います。最後のものは楽天の造語ですが、わかりやすいですよね。え？って言われたら細かく説明してあげるといいと思います。

In some companies in Japan employees are required to speak English.

The word requirement means that you have to do it or you need to do it. So if companies require employees to speak English then they have to speak English or learn to speak English.

"requirementは何かをしなければいけない、する必要があることを意味します。ですから企業が従業員に英語を話すことを要求しているのであれば、従業員は英語を話す又は話せるようになる必要があります。"
