左に回して。って英語でなんて言うの？

ドアをロックする際、鍵をどっち方向に回せばいいかわからない人に対して使いたいフレーズです。

ネイティブが使う自然な表現を教えて下さい。

「〜を左に回す」と、何かを左方向に回す行動を英語でturn〜to the leftとなります。よって、「鍵を左に回して」は英語でturn the key to the leftとなります。もちろん、「右に回す」はturn to the rightとなります。

例文
Turn the key to the left to lock the door and turn it to the right to unlock it.
ロックする際は鍵を左に回して、開ける際は右に回してください。

Turn the steering wheel to the left.
ハンドルを左に回して。

Answer

ーTurn the lock to the left.
「鍵を左に回して」
to turn .. to the left で「…を左に回す」

例：
A: How do you lock this door?
「このドアどうやって鍵をかけるの？」
B: Turn the lock to the left.
「（鍵を）左に回して」

ちなみに右に回すなら
Turn the lock to the right.
のように言えますね。
