You are authorized to access the website.
あなたは権限が与えらえています / そのサイトにアクセスする
authorize ヒトで、「ヒトに権限を与える」という意味です。
ちなみに名詞形の authority は「権威」です。
I'm not authorized to decide anything here.
「私はここ（ex.この会社）では何も決められません」
You are not authorized to enter the laboratory.
「研究室への立ち入りはできません」
などと応用がききます。
