記号の読み方を知りたいなら、「.」は「point」を呼びます。
また、「45.423」の読み方の場合、「Forty five point four two three」になります。
「.」の後にそれぞれ数字を一つずつ言います。
別の例：
76.298の場合、「Seventy six point two nine eight」になります。
