「フィリピンは年中夏だよね？羨ましい！」のような会話の時です。
英作文してみました。冠詞「The」は必要ですか？また、summer の前に
前置詞　in は必要でしょか？その他不自然箇所あれば訂正願います。

The Philippines is in summer all year round, right?
