チョロチョロって英語でなんて言うの？

• "darting about"
  "the cat darted about room." 「猫が部屋にチョロチョロ走り回った」

• "scampering about"
  "the students are scampering about the yard" 「生徒たちが庭でチョロチョロしている」

• "the mouse moves rapidly when it's scared." 「ネズミはびっくりされた時にチョロチョロ動き出す」

"about" の代わりに "around" も使えます。 "darting around" や "scampering around" になります。

子供がちょろちょろすることは、次のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーto wander all over the place
ーto constantly move around

to scamper で「走り回る・あわてて逃げる」という意味がありますが、私はこれは動物に使い、子供や人間には使わないです。

例：
I was told I wandered all over the place when I was a kid.
「子どもの頃、ちょろちょろしていると言われた」
