この場合は、unlimited を使うより次のように言った方が自然な感じで良いと思います。
ーThere's no limit to the number of classes I can take.
「受講回数は無制限です」
there's no limit to ... で「無制限」を表現できます。
ーI can take all the classes I want.
「好きな授業を全部受けれる」＝「受け放題」
ーI can take as many classes as I want.
「好きなだけ受講できる」＝「受け放題」とも言えます。
