北米ではIntercom（intercommunication system)ですが、[ヨーロッパ](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34864/)ではInterphoneと言う地域もあるようです。
例：
I will talk to you on the intercom.
インターホンで話します。
Buzzerやdoorbellは日本の[ピンポン](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/10674/)のことですが、通常通話機能もついています。
「インターホン」は本当に要注意な和製英語ですよね。
正しくは intercom です。
