To answer the question "what is your favourite......?" you can reply in many different ways. eg the most simle way to respond is "My favourite is.....". Or you can say "The one I like best is......". Finally when there is a choice implied in the question you can reply, "the one I would always choose is......"

When you want to answer the question, 'what is your favourite...?' and you want to sound natural, you can use one of these three starters. It is bit of a difficult question I think because it is hard to think about being nature when it just comes to you, but I would say, the third one is perhaps the most natural. Anyway, they are all more or less the same, as you can see, so you can pick one, give it a go, and if you don't like it, pick another one. Have fun.
