ズバリ「抜歯」と言いたいならtooth extractionが用語ですが、普通の会話ではあまり聞きません。
私だったら「こないだ抜歯したの」はこう言います。

- 「先日、歯を抜いたんだ。」
- I got my tooth yanked out the other day.
- 「先日、歯を引っこ抜いたんだ。」
特に後者の「yanked out」は、物を力強く引っ張り出す様子を表すスラングとして使われます。医療行為というよりはむしろ、ストレートにその状況を視覚的に描写する表現と言えるでしょう。
