新幹線の車内案内の英語ではGreen car(s)と言っていますが、等級でいうとグリーン車は二等車両ですので、Second class carになります。では一等車両 first class carは、というと、グランクラス(Gran class)と呼ばれる車両がfirst class扱いのようです。
