  • I am going to a Japanese restaurant with a three star Michelin rating.

  • I am excited to go to this Japanese restaurant, it has a three star Michelin rating!

  • The Japanese restaurant I am going to has a three star Michelin rating, I can't wait!

All three examples explains that you are going to a highly regarded Japanese restaurant. If you use excitement in your voice (!) it will show how much you are looking forward to the meal. The way you say a sentence says a lot. If you are flat you sound bored with the idea, if you use excitement in your voice the other people will understand you are joyful.
三例とも、評価の高い日本食レストランに行くことを表す言い方です。 興奮した感じで言えば、そこで食べるのがすごく楽しみなことが伝わります。やっぱり言い方が大切ですね。平たんな感じで言うと、つまらなそうに聞こえます。ワクワクした感じで言えば、うれしさが伝わります。

  • I can't wait to go to the Michelin star Japanese restaurant.

  • I can't wait to eat at the Michelin star Japanese restaurant.

We don't normally say the number of Michelin stars the restaurant had because just having the Michelin star title is enough to say it is a great restaurant. You can either say can't wait to go or eat at the restaurant, both are as common as each other. You can also say that you can't wait to try it, if it is going to be the first time you go.
ミシュランの称号だけですごいレストランと言う事が十分に分かるので、 私たちは普通星の数は言いません。 "to go"と"to eat"のどちらを使っても言い表すことが出来ます。 "Can't wait to go /eat at the restaurant" (レストランで食べる事/に行く事が待ちきれない) どちらもよく使われます。 また、初めて行く場合は"to try"を使う事も出来ます。 "can't wait to try it"(試すのが待ちきれない)

  • This is a three star Michelin restaurant

  • This restaurant has been awarded 3 Michelin stars

Firstly, 'Michelin' is the name of a French tyre company, so the 'm' should be a capital letter: 'M'. As exampled in the second sentence, the present perfect passive form is used: Object + have / has + been + verb (past participle). The active form of the second sentence would be: They have awarded this restaurant 3 Michelin stars.
まず初めに、Michelin(ミシュラン)は、フランスのタイヤメーカーの名前です。そのため、mは、大文字のMとすべきです。 2番目の例文は、現在完了形の受動態です。 主語+have/has+been+過去分詞 2番目の例文の能動態の形は、下記のようになります。 They have awarded this restaurant 3 Michelin stars. このレストランにミシュラン3つ星を与えました。

  • I'm looking forward to dining in a Japanese restaurant with a three-star Michelin rating!

  • I'm going to a three-star Japanese restaurant

"Looking forward to" something means that you are eager or in high anticipation of doing or seeing it. Remember to capitalize the name "Michelin" (it is a proper noun; the surname of Frenchmen Édouard and André Michelin). Remember to use a verb in the present progressive tense after looking forward to. I'm looking forward to dining at a three-star Michelin restaurant. It can be more natural to just use the expression "three-star."
"Looking forward to" は「~をする[見る]のを楽しみにしている」という意味です。 "Michelin" の頭文字 "M" は大文字で書きます("Michelin" は固有名詞です。フランス人の Édouard Michelin と André Michelin の名字)。 "Looking forward to" の後に続く動詞は現在進行形になります。 "I'm looking forward to dining at a three-star Michelin restaurant."(ミシュラン三つ星のレストランで食事をするのが楽しみです) ただし、単に "three-star" という表現を使った方が自然になることもあります。

  • I am excited to visit this Japanese restaurant. It has three Michelin stars.

  • I can't wait to dine at this Japanese restaurant. It has a three Michelin star rating.

  • I can't wait to go to this Michelin star Japanese restaurant.

Another way to say "I am excited" is to say "I can't wait". Instead of saying "to visit" is to say "to go to". When you go to a restaurant to eat, you can use the verb "to dine at".
「I can't wait」は「I am excited(楽しみ)」の別の言い方です。「visit(訪れる)」は「go to」と言うこともできます。レストランに食事に行く時は「dine at(=動詞)」が使えます。
