そのプロモーションについて社内で議論した結果って英語でなんて言うの？

We discussed the campaign internally, and agreed that..
「プロモーションについては事前に内部で協議をしてまして、〜と合意しました」

We discussed about it and came to the conclusion...
「協議をした結果〜という結論になりました」

After discussing the campaign internally, ...
「内部でキャンペーンについて協議した結果…」

過去形です。プロモーションの協議をして、プロモーションをして、それから「プロモーションについては事前に協議をしてまして、、」などとプロモーションとその前の協議であれば、過去完了形で(大過去？という文法用語の方の過去完了形)大丈夫です。

協議したように、〇〇は明日開催予定です、などは、
As we discussed, 〇〇 is scheduled to be held tomorrow.

そのプロモーション the promotion

これは別の言い方として同じ内容を伝える表現になります。
