①は事実断定形（学校では現在形と習いましたが。。(^^;）

この場合はもちろん目の前に事実としてまだコーヒーはありません。なので、

★『would you like は want よりも丁寧』という認識の解除は大切です☺子供にももちろんwould you like ～？と使うわけですから、『丁寧』の定義が日本語と英語では異なるという点に注意ですね(^^;

You can ask if someone would like you to get them coffee, by using any of the following questions:

Why waste a whole sentence when a word will suffice? A single word question is direct, accurate, efficient and probably, much appreciated in this case.
If you want to ask something if they want a coffee then you could simply say 'Do you want coffee?' although this could just mean they want a coffee if you are going to make/get them a coffee then you would ask
'Would you like a coffee?, 'Would you like some coffee?' or even better 'Can i get you a coffee?' this explains you will get the coffee for them
コーヒーが欲しいかどうか尋ねたいなら、シンプルに、
'Do you want coffee?'（コーヒーどうですか）
と言えます。ただ、これは、欲しいかどうか聞いているだけの可能性もあります。
相手にコーヒーをつくったり、持ってきてあげるなら、

The two questions you see provided above are great ways to express to ask somebody if they want a cup of coffee. In the second question you will see the idiom cup of joe. This is a common idiom we use to refer to a cup of coffee. This idiom is common in our everyday conversation and would be appropriate for informal settings.
