今回はって英語でなんて言うの？

❶ this time（今回は、この時に）、つまりある時点を限定して示す場合に使う表現です。
例えば:
We will not sign the contract with your company this time.
(今回はあなたの会社と契約はしません)。

❷at this moment（今、この時点では)。

状況が変わり次第行動する、という意味。
We will not sign the contract with your company at this moment.
(この時点では、あなたの会社と契約はしません)。

❸ this time only は 「今回だけ…」と言う意味です。
We will accept your terms, but this time only.
(あなたたちの条件を飲み込みます、でも今回だけです)。

for this time, this time only などいろいろ発展できると思います。

ビジネス場面でよく使う「今回は」は英語で「this time」や「this moment」を使って表現できます。

例文：
「今回は他の企画を使って進めたいと思います」
→「This time we would like to continue forward using a different plan」

「今回は他の会社に決まりました」
→「This time we have decided on another company」
