The final destination in any mode of transportation may be referred to as the last or final stop. You can query the direction in which the bus, train, taxi, Etc is heading by simply asking the driver or coordinator for the vehicle.

The destination of a bus or train is the ultimate station of the journey. The journey will terminate at this point and the bus or train driver will take a break, stretch their legs or knock off.

The end point, or the end of last point is often referred to as the last or final stop. For instance, if you are running errands and you have completed 2 of the 3 tasks, then the 3rd task would be considered your final or last stop. You could also call this your final destination, but that would most often be used for a place.
"the end point"や"the end of last point"がよく終着点という意味で使われます。
例えば、あなたが使い走りをしていて、３つのタスクのうち２つを完了している状態だと、3つ目のタスクはあなたの"final stop"や"last stop"と言えるでしょう。この場合、"final destination"（最終目的地）と言うことも出来ますが、これは主に場所に対して使われます。
"Terminates at" - This states to passengers on a train or bus where the end of the trip is - EX - This train terminates at Tokyo central station
"Last station" - This tells passengers where and what the final station is - EX - The last station is Tokyo central station
"Terminates at"（～行きである）は電車やバスの乗客に終点がどこかを伝えます。

The last stop of a train/bus is normally referred to as the train/bus terminus. These stops are usually different from the other stops as they are larger and tend to have a lot more of the transportation vehicles. Sometimes they can also serve as places where you can interchange and travel on other trains/buses.
