筆記、実技、両方の試験を受ける必要がありますかって英語でなんて言うの？

グリーンカード、国際免許を持っていて、アメリカのドライバーライセンスを取る必要があるのですが、筆記試験と実技試験の両方の試験を受ける必要があるか訪ねる際の正しい英語の使い方がわかりません。よろしくお願いいたします。

実技は practical exam　と言います。
