「つもり」をいうと「plan」という英訳がありますが、「つもり」は頭の中で考えるだけニュアンスがあるので、「want」でもいいと思います。「I hope to work...」でもいいでしょう。
例文２の「position」は「職」「地位」のこと。

この会社では私は３つの地位を持ったことある。
At my next company, I plan to undertake trading activities.
「貿易」はよく「international trade」と訳しますが、普段国と国の間に行われることなので、「trade」だけでも通じます。
「～するつもり」は一般的に「plan to」で訳しますがが、「intend」の方が強い意志を伝えます。
「貿易業務をする」を直訳すると、「undertake trading activities」で具体的なニュアンス（仕事の中で具体的にどの様な業務を行う）になりますが、「work in trade」（貿易と言う分野で仕事をする）の方が広いニュアンス（貿易と言う分野の中で仕事をする）になります。
「業務」はよく「duties」又は「work duties」と訳します。
「In my next job」＝「次の仕事で」
「At my next company」＝「次の会社で」
例: In my current job I perform secretarial duties, but in the future I intend to work in trade.
今の仕事では秘書業務をしますが、将来貿易業務にかかわるつもりです。
