日にちは英語で date 又は day と言います。どちらもニュアンスが同じですが、日常会話では day の方がよく使われているような気がします。日付のようにピンポイントで言う時に date を使うことが多いような気がします。

Have you decided on a day for the wedding?
イベントの日にちはいつだっけ？
