まず「仮眠」という言葉の直訳は ”nap" という単語があります。
同時に、すごくかる～く、ほんの短い間しか仮眠をとらないという意味で、英語ならではのかわいい熟語、”cat nap"（まるで猫の昼寝のように、すぐ起きちゃう）という表現がありますね。
さらに、そのままの直訳表現では、”sleep a bit" （ちょっと寝る）という言い方でも同じく伝わります。
「眠いので、30分くらい軽く仮眠をとると効率がよくなります。」と言う場合の例：
