合成着色料って英語でなんて言うの？

「合成着色料」artificial coloring, food coloring, food dye, color additive などいろいろな言い方があります。

例：
I like to buy food that doesn't have any artificial coloring or artificial flavour in it.
「合成着色料や人工調味料の入っていない食品を買いたい。」
artificial flavour「人工調味料」

Most of the cakes in North America are loaded with food dyes so I don't like to buy those kind of cakes.
「北米のほとんどのケーキは合成着色料をたっぷり使っているので、そういったケーキは買いたくない。」
be loaded with 「たっぷり入っている」
