mとfの音を連続して発音することは難しいって英語でなんて言うの？

ネイティブは普段このように言うと思います：
It's hard to pronounce an 'mf' sound, when you have an 'f' sound after an 'm' sound.
mfの音を発音することは難しいです。つまり m の音の後に f の音が来ること。

" an 'mf' sound " とは
an 'umph' sound「アン　ウンフ　サウンド」か
an 'm' 'f' sound「アン　エム　エフ　サウンド」
のような発音どちらでもいいです。

"after" を使うのは自然だし、言い方の一番楽だと思います。
"together" もこの際によく言われていると思います。

ちゃんと「連続」に合っている単語なら "consecutive" が良いです。でも、それはあまり日常会話では言われていません。使うのは少し堅苦しい気がします。
