両手がふさがっている、という表現は、have baggages in both hands あるいは、have no hand free と言います。

両手が荷物でふさがる = Both hands are carrying luggage. --> My hands are full. 家の鍵が開けられない = I can't unlock the door. 誰かいるのなら = If someone's there, 開けてくれ = can you open it for me? 「My hands are full.」 は一般的に使えます。荷物とか買い物とか赤ちゃんがいるとき、「Could someone...for me? My hands are full.」と言えます。
