ーI usually pick my clothes for the next day the day before.
「通常、前日に次の日の服を選ぶ。」
pick my clothes で「服を選ぶ」
for the next day で「次の日の（ための）」
the day before で「前日」

ーI usually choose my clothes one day in advance.
「通常、前日に服を選ぶ。」
choose my clothes で「服を選ぶ」
one day in advance で「1日前もって」＝「前日に」
