→ そのままダイレクトに言うのならこれでいいと思います。

私は/彼女は「はい」と返事しました！
→ Will you marry me? 「結婚してくれますか？」に対して「はい」と返事したという意味です。1つ目の文と比べてひねった表現。ソーシャルメディアの投稿で、写真のキャプションとしてよく使われたりします。

Women often announce their engagement by flashing their newly acquired engagement ring to their friends and family. The context of the situation will then attract questions such as:
"Oh my god! Who is he?" or
"Why did you leave it so long?"
However men would probably just say, "We decided to get married." or something less emotional!
If parents or friends don't approve of your selected partner, then you say something like: "I know you don't like him..but he asked me to marry him..and I accepted!" in the case where you do not expect much enthusiasm from the listeners.
To get hitched = informally, to get married

To get hitched = カジュアルな表現ですが、結婚する という意味。
You say it directly that you got engaged. You can also say "I said yes!" showing them the ring. This implies that he proposed and you said yes.To propose means make an offer of marriage to someone.

2. We are getting married.
This is less exciting to say and usually is said after the excitement of the engagement is over and you are stating facts. Yes, you are getting married in the future. (See the last example on 1.)
3. My fiancé.
Fiancé is not originally an English word, it is taken from French; and refers specifically to a man engaged to be married to a woman however, most natives use this word to refer to both a man or woman who is engaged to be married.
Your 'fiancé' is what your boyfriend/girlfriend is called/ referred to after the accepted proposal.
Eg. I will come to look at the cake with my fiancé on Wednesday.
My fiancé is arriving tomorrow.
You and your fiancé are invited to dinner this weekend.
4. We got engaged!
Used in the past tense, you are able to say that you recently proposed or were proposed to, and you/your partner accepted.

"Fiancé"は英語が語源の言葉ではありません。フランス語が語源です。本当は結婚の約束をした男性のことを指しますが、英語のネイティブは男性でも女性でも結婚の約束をした相手のことを言います。
'fiancé'はプロポーズが受け入れられた後にボーイフレンド／ガールフレンドを表す言葉です。

4. We got engaged!（婚約しました）
過去形で使い、最近プロポーズをして、あるいはされて、あなたあるいはパートナーが受け入れたことを意味します。

You: I got engaged!（婚約しました）
Friend: No way! Congratulations!! When's the big day?(ええ!、おめでとうございます。いつ結婚するのですか。)

「しました」と過去形っぽいですが、婚約している状態ですので be engaged「婚約する」というフレーズを現在形で使用します。（正確にいうと「婚約する」は現在形ではなく過去分詞で形容詞的に使います。） engage だけだと、「交戦する」とか「接近する」とか戦争映画の指示（命令）でで出てきそうな言葉になります。
