複数の人の前で紹介するなら

「よろしくお願いします」 のような万能な言い方がないので、シチュエーションによって言葉が変わります。
This is [Name], who joined our department last month. Please give them a warm welcome.
「新人」は new employee（新入社員）や newcomer（新参者）と表現できますが、紹介する際は名前を軸に入社時期と所属部署を説明するのが自然です。
This is [Name], who joined our department last month. Please give them a warm welcome.
『こちらが、先月私たちの部署に入った[名前]です。どうぞ、温かく迎えてやってください。』
who joined our department last month：「先月私たちの部署に加わった」
Please give them a warm welcome：「彼/彼女を温かく歓迎してください」という意味です。
