授業を終わりにしたいって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のように言うと丁寧で良いかと思います。
ーMaybe this is not a good fit. It might be better if I finish up our class.
「合わないようなので、授業を終えた方が良いかもしれません」
to finish up で「終いにする」

ーAre you upset about something?
「何か怒ってますか？」
upset で「腹を立てて・憤慨して」

ーDid I do something wrong?
「私は何か悪いことをしましたか？」

ーDid I say something to upset you?
「何かあなたを怒らせるようなことを言いましたか？」

  "I'd like to end the lesson here" 「授業を終わりにしたい」
  "I'd like to ~" , "I would like to ~" 「〜にしたい」丁寧な言い方です。
