この表現を使えば、外の景色がよく見えるような開放的な「一面ガラス張り」のイメージが正確に伝わります。
例： Our restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the view. (うちのレストランは一面ガラス張りだから、景色を一望できるよ。)
シンプルに「壁全体がガラスである」と説明したいなら、 The walls are all glass. (壁が全部ガラスです。) という言い方も可能です。
