めっちゃ軽いノリで英訳してみました。
・I've gotta
I've gotta は I have got to を口語的に言ったもので、I have to と同じです。
・save「〜を保存する」
文書や写真など、スマホ、PC、クラウドなどに保存するときに使う言葉です。
