『それを読み上げて欲しいです』は、いくつか言い方が考えられますが、例えば、
I would like you to read it aloud.
と言えます。
Could you please read the question aloud because I would like to prepare for the test where I must answer questions in English?
とすると、『質問に英語で回答しなければならないテストの準備をしたいので、その質問を読み上げていただけますか？』
と言えますね！

「それを読み上げて欲しいです」というのは、「読み上げてくださいますか」と丁寧に尋ねることもできるので
Can you read it aloud for me?
「それを（私のために）読み上げてくださいますか」
または
Can you ask me those questions?
「それらの質問を私にしてくれますか」
などと疑問文で聞くこともできます。
