20個以上か、そこまではなくても10個はあるって英語でなんて言うの？

やりたいことリストの中にある項目のおおよその数を説明したい時です。「そうでなくとも」「そこまではいかなくとも」という言い方を知りたいです。

at least で「少なくとも」

ーThere are over twenty things I want to do.  Maybe I don't have that many, but I think I have a minimum of ten.
「やりたいことが２０個以上ある。そこまではないかもしれないが、１０個はある」
Maybe I don't have that many, but I think I have a minimum of ten. で「そこまではないかもしれないが最低１０個はある」
a minimum of ten で「最低１０個」
