歯のインプラントは英語で「dentures」をよく言います。
全ての歯でしたら、「full dentures」と言いますが、この場合、１つの歯の話であれば、たんすう「denture」を使います。
そうすると、「右上の奥歯のインプラントが取れました。」は英語で「I lost a denture in the top right side in the back.」という風に言えます。
別の言い方ですが、そのまま「tooth implant」と言ったら、通じられるはずです。
「I lost a tooth implant in the top right side in the back.」でも言えます。
