例：We are expecting candidates with 5 years of experience and an engineering degree.

この場合の『想定される』が、『求められる、予期する、期待する』と言い換えられるのであれば、例えば、
Expected experience and qualifications for the position.
とすると、『当該の職に求められる経験と資格』と言えます。

とすると、『私たちは（弊社は）以下の経験や資格のある候補者を想定します。』とも言えますね！
