ーWill this be on the test too?
「これもテストに出る？」
to be on the test で「テストに出る」と言えます。
ーAre you planning to put this on the test as well?
「これもテストに出題する予定ですか？」
to put this on the test で「これをテストに出題する」

また、別の言い方で「Should I also study this for the test?」でも言えます。
これは日本語にすると「これも勉強した方がいいですか？」という意味です。
