I quickly became disillusioned with the guy who likes animes, when I found that he can neither study nor do sports well.
"I quickly became disillusioned with the guy who likes animes,"=「
"when I found that he can neither study nor do sports well."=「彼が勉強もスポーツも出来ないと知ってから。」
He's not very smart, he's not goot at sports, but he likes anime. I was disillusioned with him right from the very beginning of our relationship.
He's not very smart, he's not good at sports, but he likes anime. I was disillusioned with him right from the very beginning of our relationship.
I was put off with him from the get go.
to put off で「うんざりする」
from the get go で「最初から」
