塾で生徒が6人から5人に減り、授業がやりやすくなった(教えやすくなった)と言いたいです。

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。

「今５人しか生徒がいないから、授業が教えやすくなった」
easier to teach で「より教えやすい」
ーI have one less student now, so the class is more manageable.
「生徒が一人減ったから、授業がもっと行いやすくなった」
manageable「扱いやすい・行いやすい」を使っても表現できます。
