この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーAre you the person I just spoke with on the telephone?
「先ほど電話で話した方ですか？」＝「先ほどの電話の方ですか？」
ーDid we just speak on the phone a few moments ago?
「先ほど電話で話しましたか？」＝「先ほどの電話の方ですか？」
