トイレの直訳は「toilet」で、場面によって自然に使います。
Where is the toilet?
The toilet is upstairs.
しかしアメリカ人はそう言われると、便座自体を想像して少しおかしく感じるので、多くのアメリカ人は「bathroom」か「restroom」と言います。
bathroomとrestroomの違い
bathroomの方は日常的ですが、restroomは丁寧です。どちらでも主にアメリカ人が使います。
toiletはヨーロッパの方がよく使います。
すみませんは相手の注意を引くときに「excuse me」と言います。
依頼のことですが、丁寧な場面でも「can I」を使う事が多いです。
Excuse me, can I use the bathroom?
Excuse me, can I use the restroom?
Excuse me, can I use the toilet?
この場合は、「先に」という言葉を使わなくても良いです。
文脈で相手は意味がわかるし、お客さんなので失礼と思われません。でもどうしても「先に」と言いたいのであれば、
Excuse me, can I use the bathroom first?
と言います。

"May I use the restroom, please?" is a polite way of asking for the bathroom. We use the term "restroom" instead of "toilet". Restroom is a room where we have a toilet and a sink as well.
Using the word "first" shows that you want to do that before anything else.
"May I use the restroom, please?" （トイレをお借りしてもいいですか？）
これはトイレを借りたい時に使える丁寧な表現です。toilet（トイレ）という言葉ではなく、restroomという、トイレと手を洗うシンクが一緒になった場所を指す言葉を使います。
"first"という言葉を入れることで、席を待っている間先にトイレに行きたい、ということを表すことができます。
1. May I just go to the bathroom and then return here?
2. Please save my place for me!
1. In this case, you perhaps ask the waiter - you explain that you need to leave the queue and will return shortly. the understanding here is that your place will be reserved during your departure.
2. Here, you ask someone else..either immediately in front or behind you, to reserve your place until you return.
"I don't want to lose my place in line, but may I use the restroom, meantime?"
Some people don't like to say bathroom or toilet! (they are embarrassed;-))
Restroom is a less awkward phrase for use in public places...
"I don't want to lose my place in line, but may I use the restroom, meantime?"
"bathroom"や"toile"と言う言葉を使うのが好きでない人もいますよね！（トイレ）

"Restroom"は公共の場で使うにはちょっとだけ気まずくありません。
【例】
"I don't want to lose my place in line, but may I use the restroom, meantime?"
（順番を無くしたくないんですが、ちょっとだけお手洗いを借りてもいいですか？）
Please save my place in the queue while I use the bathroom?
Please could you hold my space in the line while I use the restroom?
"Please save my space in the queue while I use the bathroom?" This example uses words that are more traditionally used in British English, such as 'queue', 'place' and 'bathroom'.
"Please could you hold my place in the line while I use the restroom?" This example uses American English words such as 'line', 'space' and 'restroom'.
However, both examples and their words are interchangeable and will be understood by English speakers regardless of where they come from.
"Please save my space in the queue while I use the bathroom?"

ーline, space,restroomは特にアメリカでよく使われます。
ですが、どちらの解答例も言葉を入れ替えて使うことができますし、ネイティブスピーカーにはどちらを使っても理解してもらえます。

Before sitting down, can I use the bathroom.
We can either use the expression, "can I use," or, "is it alright," in a way to ask permission to use the bathroom. We can also put the phrase, "before sitting down," either at the beginning or the end of the phrase.
