搭乗口はboarding gateと正式に言いますが、空港でお尋きになると思いますので、which gateで問題ありません。

When showing a clerk your boarding pass and you want to know which gate you need in order to board, you can say:

This way they can point to where your gate number is on the boarding pass.

This is asking the person to indicate on the ticket so that you will know where to find it.

Probably you will be directed to look at one of the many information boards in the airport that detail the precise gate for every flight, but you could ask:

If there is a problem with the boards, of course, you could ask at the information desk:

Point the way means that you want to be shown the direction in which to walk in order to reach your destination.

This means that you need more specific directions and that you don't merely want them to point the way to Gate #5.
