1/10にこれらのアイテムを届けてもらえますか？ 指定する：specify(もともとspecifyの意味は特定する) 動詞で使う場合は、 Can I specify the delivery date; 配達の日にちを指定する。 ということができます。 先に配達日指定ができるか上の質問で確認した後に、 Please deliver these items on the 10th of January. 1月10日にこれらのアイテムを届けてください。 という流れで言うのも良いと思います。
