If you want to know details about the times that shops are open or closed, you can ask about the days and the hours worked by staff. However, the easiest way is to use the exampled sentence above which just refers to the 'opening hours'.

The first example questions are appropriate for a general business inquiry. This sentence is fairly formal in nature.
The second example question is one that is appropriate for when you already have a relationship with the person you are talking to. If is a more informal way of speaking.
The same is true of the third set of questions. It is appropriate to use when you already have a friendly relationship with the person you are speaking to.
This period between Christmas and New Year is referred to as either Holiday or Christmas trading. Trading is the term used to describe what a business does - i.e. trading a product for cash.
There are usually special times that stores are open during this time and the 'trading hours' of a store usually change to allow people to have time off from work during this period.

"What are your holiday hours?" If there is a special occasion, you can ask about the hours of operation during the holiday.
