「いつから」「いつまで」とはもちろん英語で「from when」「until when」になりますが、アメリカ人はあまり「from when will you be closed」とは言いません。そのかわりに「when will you close (for the holidays)」と言って、その後何日間閉まっているということが当たり前だと思われています。
from when = いつから
until when = いつまで
close = 閉まる
