I didn't stop by anywhere on my way home today＝今日はどこも寄り道しないで帰宅した
後者は反対を言っただけで同じ意味です。
どこから帰宅したのかを伝えたい場合は：
I went straight home from work today＝今日は職場から真っすぐ家に帰った
などと言いましょう。
真っすぐは英語で"straight"といいますが
今日は真っすぐ家に帰りましたと言いたい場合は "Today, I went straight home." あるいは"I went straight home today."どちらでも大丈夫です。
また、「仕事が終わってから真っすぐ家に帰りました」は"I went straight home after work."と言います。
