We withdrew our business from the area that had a low profit margin, and have started to focus on the business that was making a profit. This business decision reversed our deficit from all of the previous periods.

長くなりましたが、こんな訳出になりました。

撤退する：withdrew
利益率の低い：to have a low profit margin
＊利益率はprofitabilityとも言います。

「ビジネスの軸足を移す」の訳出ですが、私も竹村先生と同様に解釈して「利益のあるビジネスのエリアによりフォーカスをおいた」としました。

最後の部分ですが、

「このビジネス転換の決定で過去ずっと続いていた赤字（体質）から脱却した」

「脱却した」はreverse（ひっくり返す）を使いました。
