「手を汚さないと食べれない食べ物は基本的に嫌いです」というのは、
「I hate eating food that requires me to dirty my hands.」と表現しますが、この表現はあんまり使わないです。
「I hate eating food that I must eat with my hands.」というのは、
「手を使わないと食べれないたべものは嫌いです」という表現です。
「I hate eating food that I need to use my hands to eat.」も同じ意味です。
この二つの表現のほうが、よく使うと思います。
Generally speaking, I don't like to have food that you have to eat with your hands.
I don't like eating food if you have to get your hands dirty.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーGenerally speaking, I don't like to have food that you have to eat with your hands.
「一般的に、手で食べないといけない食べ物は好きではないです」
手が汚れる食べ物は、大抵手で食べると思うので、このように言えると思います。
ーI don't like eating food if you have to get your hands dirty.
「手が汚れるなら、その食べ物を食べたくないです」＝「手が汚れる食べ物は好きではないです」
