以前より、それに関しての規制が厳しくなったって英語でなんて言うの？

「以前より、それに関しての規制が厳しくなった」
The rules about [that] have become stricter than before.

この文は現在完了形で、「厳しい」の(be) strictを比較形にしてhave become stricterにしました。
「以前より」というのはthan beforeです。
「規則」はruleまたはregulationといいます。

「それに関して」はabout thatまたはregarding thatですが、トピックによって[that]と自由に入れ替えができます。
