One way of asking someone about their feelings about something is to say:
How do you find...?
To ask if someone is happy about something you can say:
Are you content with...?
Are you satisfied with...?

元の日本語を考えると「感じていますか？」を現在進行形にするべきだろうと思うかもしれませんが、
英語で
How are you feeling about work?
は少し長くて不自然に感じますね。
また、workの代わりに、your jobも使えます。
How do you feel about your job?
Asking someone if they enjoy their job is a simple and direct way to find out how they feel about what they do for a living.
Asking "do you like your current line of work" asks a little more about if they like their career, not necessarily the job they currently have.
For example, this may allow them to explain if they like teaching, but perhaps not for the company they are working for.
