人の気持ちを弄(もてあそ)ぶって英語でなんて言うの？

「をもてあそぶ」はほかにplay(fool) around withやmess withという表現もあります。

foolはplayと同じ「あそぶ」という意味です。
mess withはplay(fool) around withより強く、より怒っているニュアンスがあります。

例) Don't play(fool) around with me.
