In the morning I have practical training and in the evening I’m in class.
In the morning I have hands on training and in the afternoon I have lectures
実習 = practical training 又は hands on training です。
座学 = lectures/class
Ex: I have lectures/class, I sit in class/lectures, I attend lectures/class どちらでも大丈夫です！
なお、「毎日覚えることがいっぱいあって大変です」と言いたい時は :
“There’s so much to learn everyday, it’s overwhelming!”
“The workload is heavy! Oh man.” (仕事量が多いい。やばい)
