秘伝のタレって英語でなんて言うの？

お店などで、門外不出の代々受け継がれてきたタレのことはなんと言えばいいでしょうか？例えば、鰻屋さんとかの「秘伝のタレ」です。

秘伝は「Secret」でタレは「Sauce」なので、秘伝のタレというのであれば「Secret sauce」になりますが、「Secret recipe」でも通用するかと思います。
