「配る」は英語では「pass out」か「hand out」に相当します。
「下さい」は英語で「please」になります。
なので、誰かに学校の給食の食缶から、それぞれの子どもの器に配ってもらいたい時にこのように聞いたら良いです。

先生：この割り箸を皆に配って下さい。

'Please take a sheet of paper and pass the rest along.' This is where a few sheets of paper are being passed among a group and each person takes one for themselves before giving the bundle to the next person.

「これを配って下さい。」の一番丁寧な言い方は「Can you please hand these out for me?」
日本語に訳すと「これを配っていただけますでしょうか」という感じになります。
子供に話すとき、そんなに丁寧にしなくてもいいですので、この場合は「Please hand these out」が一番手適切だと思います。「Hand」を「Pass」に自由に差し替えてもOKです。また、「please」を文章の最後に移動しても大丈夫です。
